Sarah has 14 years’ agency experience in agency and consultancy roles across Rx, med tech, OTC and consumer healthcare, working with brands at pre-launch, launch/GTM and in-market lifecycle stages. Therapeutic areas include HIV, Neuroscience, Dermatology, Gastro, Oncology, alongside experience in public health behavioural change strategies, and all major OTC categories. Her time working at agencies on global brand launches has given her a deep understanding of what goes into executing a successful commercial launch and she’s passionate about building strategies and brands that translate meaningfully into the real world.

Sarah believes it’s important to always remember that HCPs and patients are humans too with needs, emotions and biases – really understanding what drives them and why they behave the way they do at every stage of the journey is key to connecting with and influencing them.
