Lee started his career in AstraZeneca where he first got a passion for working on enabling science aimed at improving the health and lives of patients. His career has since taken him to work on the intersection of consumer insight, brand, and science to deliver growth opportunities for both existing and new brands. Lee has strong experience in global marketing; defining future growth opportunities and then leading the R&D strategy to deliver that future ambition.
Lee brings a user centric approach — focusing on what needs to be true in order to make a real difference to the end customer, and the effective methods of communicating this to them. He’s driven to get beyond the obvious; finding the real heart of a problem through deep insights that can unlock growth opportunities.
