Joss joins us in November 2020 as a Consultant. He attained a first-class degree in politics and anthropology from the University of Sussex, which gives him a strong grounding in qual and quant techniques and strategic thinking.
He has worked in research and strategy consultancy since 2012 across a diversity of sectors, with expertise in using research and facilitation to develop brands and propositions. Joss brings an international outlook, with three years spent as a market research lead for the Nordic region and numerous ad hoc projects in the US and Middle East.
Joss is an experienced moderator and uses creative methods to reveal the true drivers of consumer choice, rather than simply relying on what respondents will tell you. He particularly enjoys collaborating with clients beyond the initial research and discovery phase to embed findings cross-departmentally.
