She has worked in healthcare consultancy for over 4 years, her expertise spanning across commercial strategy, market research and marketing excellence. Ana-Maria has built robust experience in competitive strategy simulation, opportunity assessment, product and brand positioning, patient journey and customer engagement, benchmarking capabilities and delivering strategic insights and interactive cross-functional workshops.
