Strategic North is a finalist for Pharma Market Excellence Award



PMEAs recognise sucess in revistalising AstraZeneca breast cancer brand

The success of an AstraZeneca project to revitalise its Faslodex brand, supported by healthcare brand building agency Strategic North, has been recognised by the PMEAs as finalists in the prestigious annual awards are announced.  Strategic North partnered AstraZeneca in a strategic project to revitalise the Faslodex brand, a breast cancer drug first approved 10 years ago.  As a result of the project a sustainable global re-positioning was adopted achieving significant volume growth in major markets.

Debbie Allman, Partner at Strategic North said, "The Strategic North brand building approach supported the Faslodex global brand team to develop a compelling positioning and a focused brand strategy.  With a fully aligned and engaged team, the implementation was underpinned by a clear messaging framework that enabled AZ to achieve a commercial turnaround."

And what is the greater significance of this success?  Well according to AstraZeneca's Suzanne Fowler, UK Brand Lead, Faslodex, "It means that more women are receiving the right treatment at the right time."

As Strategic North and AstraZeneca await the prestigious Pharmaceutical Market Excellence Awards*, which take place in London on 25th November 2015, Allman's outlook on building a meaningful client relationship is positive, she adds, "As we continue to partner the AZ team we are excited about the possible outcomes of our future work together".

Strategic North shortlisted for Best Agency award

The impact of work carried out by healthcare brand building agency Strategic North has been recognised, as the Market Research Society announces finalists for its prestigious annual awards.

Congratulations, well done John!

Following a strong period of growth healthcare marketing agency Strategic North, is delighted to announce the promotion of John Grime to Director. An invaluable member of the team; the promotion recognises his hard work and dedication to the success of the agency in 2013.

John has specialised in healthcare insight and strategy work for the past ten years, at numerous agencies including Adelphi, before joining Strategic North in May 2011.

John's new role will be to lead on further developing the innovative research methodologies offered by Strategic North, and to continue to support clients in developing robust and pragmatic strategic marketing plans, to overcome current and future business challenges.
