At heart, whether it's research or travel, Alex is an explorer. It seems his professional path, however, was always heading for healthcare. Following a life sciences degree, Alex applied his investigative nature to quality and efficiency projects in the medical diagnostics industry. Then, working with an international pharma market research agency, he advanced his skills in creative qualitative and complex quantitative research to help clients gain insight across the brand lifecycle.
He brings this combination of academic and commercial experience, an enthusiasm for applying innovative research approaches and a particular interest in oncology and rare diseases to his Analyst role within our Research & Planning team.
When it comes to free time, Alex has a chronic travel bug. It started with a study year in Seoul, South Korea, and now his travel plan is in perpetual motion, with his sights set on him and his backpack visiting 40 countries within the next 5 years! He is also a massive music fan and seeks out gigs and festivals, big or small, to keep his foot tapping. So, we're glad Alex's passion for healthcare led him North (Strategic North) and we know that here, as our work takes the team to multiple time zones, this explorer is right at home!
